- How to register an account and complete email verification?
Go to the registration page, fill in your name, email, and password, then submit. The system will send an activation email. Open the email and click “Activate” to complete verification. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder, click “Resend,” or try a different email address like Gmail or Outlook.
- What should I do if I didn't receive the verification email?
First, check your spam and “blocked” folders; confirm your email spelling is correct; add this site's domain to your whitelist and then click “Resend”; if you still don't receive an email, consider using a more common email address or contacting customer service for manual verification.
- Can I use third-party login (Google/Apple)?
Yes. After binding in “My Account > Security/Login Methods,” you can log in with one click. It is recommended to also keep your email and password so you can still log in if the third-party service is unavailable.
- Email already exists / Duplicate registration
This email address has already been registered. Please log in directly or use the “Forgot Password” function. If you did not register this account, please contact customer service for verification.
- Want to change your email after registration?
Go to “My Account > Profile” to change your email address and save. The system will send a verification email to your new email address. The new email address can be used to reset your password and receive notifications only after verification is complete.
- How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password,” enter the registered email address, and you will receive a reset link. Follow the prompts to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or try again with a different email address.
- How do I use an invitation code/referral code?
Enter and apply in the “Invite Code/Promo Code” field on the registration or checkout page; the discount will be displayed immediately. Please note the validity period and scope of application.
- What if I fill in the registration information incorrectly?
After logging in, go to “My Account > Profile” to modify. If it involves real name or invoice title, you can re-enter and issue it on the invoice page.
- Is payment required after registration?
Not necessarily. After registering, you can experience some free content (public courses/assessments, etc.). You can choose to become a paid member or take courses when you need advanced features.
- Minor Registration Instructions
Registration and use are subject to guardian consent; any paid services must be operated and managed by the guardian.
- Can the site language and time zone be selected?
Preferences can be set in “My Account > Profile”; course language depends on availability.
- Do prices vary by region?
The system will display currency and taxes based on the region; the final price will be confirmed on the checkout page.
- How long do I have to complete email verification after registering?
It is recommended to complete this within 24 hours. Unverified accounts may not be able to use some functions properly.
- What do I do if the email activation link is invalid?
After logging into your account, go to the “My Account > Security” page and click “Resend Activation Email”.
- Do I need to use my real name to register?
Regular courses are available with nicknames; however, your real name must be used for invoices or certificates.
- Can one phone number be linked to multiple accounts?
A mobile number can only be bound to one account for security verification and password retrieval.
- Are there any password requirements for registration?
We recommend at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers. Avoid weak passwords like birthdays.
- Can I change the login method?
Yes. After binding a third party, you can still log in with your email and password or a mobile verification code.
- How to fix an email spelling error during registration?
If verification is not completed, you can re-register with a new email address; if it is already bound, please contact customer service for modification.
- Does it support enterprise/team registration?
Supports bulk registration of enterprise email. Please contact business customer service to activate the team plan.
- Can I delete my account after registering?
Yes. You can apply for cancellation in “My Account > Security,” and your data will be cleared after confirmation.
- What should I do if I encounter a CAPTCHA error during the registration process?
Check if it is case-sensitive, or click refresh to re-enter the verification code.
- Is it possible to register directly with a phone number?
Registration is available in some regions using a mobile number. You will need to receive an SMS verification code to complete the verification.
- After registration, can the email be changed to log in with a phone number?
Yes. After binding your mobile number, you can log in with an SMS verification code, but you should keep your email for receiving notifications.
